Nokia India renews Bengaluru workplace lease with Embassy REIT


New Delhi: Telecom gear maker Nokia India has renewed its lease settlement for five.11 lakh sq. toes workplace area at Embassy Workplace Parks REIT’s enterprise park in Bengaluru.

Embassy REIT mentioned in an announcement that it has “accomplished a lease renewal in Embassy Manyata at Bengaluru with Nokia Options and Networks India Pvt Ltd (Nokia India), Indian subsidiary of the Finland primarily based telecom big Nokia.”

Embassy Manyata, which is unfold over 121 acres, is among the largest enterprise parks in India with an operational space of round 12 million sq. toes.
